SVC-00 · Fixed-fee diagnostic

AI Infrastructure Assessment

Before anyone deploys anything: what you actually spend on AI, where your data goes, what self-hosting would and would not save you, and a 90-day plan. Fixed fee. You keep the analysis whether or not you proceed — and if the numbers say "not yet", that is what it says.

01 Who it is for

THE INVOICE

Spend is rising and nobody can explain it

Model APIs, assistant seats and agent runs, billed as one growing number with no breakdown by team and no forecast for next quarter.

THE QUESTION

Someone has asked where the prompts go

Legal, security or a customer wants an answer that survives an audit — and today it lives in a policy document nobody can enforce.

THE DECISION

Self-hosting is on the table

You need to know whether it saves money for your traffic, before committing a team or a budget to finding out the hard way.

02 What you receive

A written analysis you keep, either way.

Built from your own billing and usage data, not industry averages — and written for the people who sign off budgets, not only for engineers.

Model estate
Which models and tools are in use, by which teams, for what kind of work.
Cost baseline
What you spend per month today and where it goes — the number every later decision is measured against.
Security & data flows
Where requests and their content actually go, mapped against your data obligations.
Self-hosting economics
Which workloads could move, what that would cost, and where your break-even sits — or why it does not yet.
Provider alternatives
Commercial, open-weight and regional options compared for your situation, including jurisdiction where it matters.
90-day roadmap
What to do first, what to leave, and in what order — specific enough to act on with us, with someone else, or on your own.

03 What it costs

FIXED FEE

Assessment

€3k–€7.5k

Scoped on a free 30-minute call by the size of your estate. Quoted, not metered — if it takes longer than we estimated, that is our problem.

The public site describes the approach. The assessment applies it to you.

Everything on this site is deliberately written at the altitude of a decision: what the arrangement does, what you own, what it costs. The specific design — which components, which workloads move, how capacity is sized against your demand — depends on your numbers, and that is what the assessment produces.

  • Nothing is deployed and nothing changes in your environment.
  • Under your NDA as standard.
  • If the numbers do not support going further, we say so and bill for the assessment only.

04 Questions

Why pay for an assessment rather than a free proposal?

Because a free proposal is written before anyone has looked at your numbers, and it is written to win the work. The assessment is written from your actual usage, and it is the same document whether you hire us afterwards, hire someone else, or decide to do nothing.

What if the answer is that we should not self-host?

Then that is what the report says, and you only pay for the assessment. Often the right first step is a gateway in front of your existing vendors so you can see what you spend — and move later, without another migration project.

Do you need access to our systems?

Read-only access to billing and usage data is enough for most of it, plus time with whoever knows how AI is used across the teams. Nothing is deployed and nothing changes in your environment.

Is the 30-minute call the assessment?

No. The call is free and tells you, roughly, whether an assessment is worth doing. The assessment is the piece of work that turns that rough view into numbers you can take to your finance team.

See what your AI actually costs.

Thirty minutes, free, no deck. Bring whatever you know about what your teams send to model APIs — even a rough monthly number is enough. You leave with a view on what a gateway, routing and cost visibility would look like for your organisation.
