# Guztia — AI Infrastructure Operations > Guztia makes enterprise AI spending predictable. We move organisations off metered per-token vendor billing and onto capacity they control, at a cost agreed in advance — without changing how their developers work. Guztia is an infrastructure operations firm, founded in 2015, working with organisations across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our current focus is the cost and control of enterprise AI usage. The problem we solve: companies whose engineers use AI assistants and model APIs are billed by the unit, by suppliers whose prices they do not set, with no ceiling, no breakdown by department and no second source. The invoice grows every month and forecasts to nothing. What we do about it: we place a control point between the organisation and its suppliers, so that every request can be counted, attributed to a budget, limited and recorded. We then move the majority of the workload onto open-weight models running on infrastructure in the client's own name, at a price agreed ahead of time, while keeping a capped route to premium suppliers for the work that genuinely needs them. Developers keep the tools and workflows they already use; the intended experience on their side is that nothing changed. Engagements: a fixed-fee spend assessment that produces a defensible baseline and forecast; a fixed-fee transition project run in reversible stages; a monthly managed operations agreement with availability commitments and a named accountable engineer; and governance work covering enforced spending limits, data handling by classification, residency and audit-ready records. Guztia does not resell compute — infrastructure is billed to clients directly by their own providers. Nothing proprietary to Guztia is placed into a client's arrangement, so clients can change supplier or bring operations in-house without an extraction project. The specific products and configurations used in a client arrangement are determined per engagement and are not published. Guztia also operates a long-standing China and Asia-Pacific practice, running since 2017: enterprise connectivity for mainland staff, website acceleration for mainland users, ICP filing support, cross-border links and Salesforce access from mainland China.
